Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase at our shop. We pride ourselves on providing customer high-quality service and we will work hard to make sure you are happy.

We meticulously inspect every item before it is packed for shipment. If an item arrives with any issue or amount of damage not disclosed prior to purchase, please hold the item, be sure to retain all packing materials and contact us immediately. Please allow us the opportunity to help prior to lodging a claim with your credit card company or PayPal. We will arrange for the item to be picked up and inspected immediately. Please do not send the item back yourself unless instructed by us, this will greatly complicate the process. We will work with you to replace the item or refund you in full if the item is not replaceable.

If you believe you have received a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. Guitars returned to us with pick marks, "buckle-rash", or any other damage or evidence of use may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%. We reserve the right to refuse any return if we determine the item has been misused.

You will be responsible for the shipping charge for the return of your item. If your item is determined to be defective, we will pay the shipping charge, equivalent to FedEx Ground.

30 Day Return/Exchange Policy

Our goal is to match every customer with the correct product. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, take advantage of our return/exchange policy. Cash, credit card or debit card purchases may be returned within 30 day for a full refund. The item must be in new condition, complete with all the original packaging. Financed items which are returned are subject to an administration fee.
